"In major gastrointestinal surgery, what you choose not to cut is as crucial as what you resect. Every patient deserves an individualized, organ-preserving approach—whether that means draining a pancreatic pseudocyst via minimally invasive step-up methods or performing precision robotic duct reconstruction rather than removing the entire organ."
Dr. Naresh Gabani currently heads the Department of Surgical Gastroenterology at Gujarat Gastro and Vascular Hospital in Adajan, Surat. He leads a multidisciplinary team supported by advanced surgical critical care intensivists, high-definition laparoscopy and robotic consoles, interventional radiology, and specialized GI pathology.
